How it works
Once you select your Event and Ride choice, you will be directed to the Checkout page where the Rental Fee and Security Deposit will be processed.
Within 24 hours, we will contact you by phone to make introductions and chat about your riding experience and plans for your Trackday.
One week before the event, you will be sent our rental waiver and the information to secure your Renter's Insurance Addendum to provide you with additional Liability coverage (this is required, and can be purchased for as little as $27 per day).
The evening before your Trackday, we will meet to deliver your Ride and any extras needed, such as rental riding gear and pit setup equipment. We will spend some time reviewing the motorcycle to ensure you are familiar with the operation and to make any adjustments to the ergonomics to enhance your comfort. There will also be a "Rental Check Out" form we will both sign to verify the condition of the motorcycle at delivery.
You will be responsible for bringing the bike to Tech Safety Inspection the morning of your Trackday (don't worry, it will PASS!). Our team will check with you after the first session and throughout the day to ensure your Ride is operating at its best and you are having FUN!
After the day is over, we will meet you to complete the "Rental Check In" form for all items, once again verifying the condition after the rental is complete.
We'll exchange high-fives and a few pictures/selfies for the Socials so you (and we) can brag about your great experience!
Requirements to Rent
- Must have a valid US based Motorcycle endorsement for at least 1 year
- Valid major Credit Card for rental fee and security deposit hold (deposit amount varies based on which Ride you rent)
- Renter's Liability Supplemental Insurance policy through MBA Insurance (our provider as well) Renter's Policy link
- Your own riding gear (unless you rent ours!) as required by the Trackday organization
What if I don't see my preferred event listed?
If you don't see the event you want to attend, give us a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX or CONTACT US HERE to discuss options. If we can make it happen, we will!
What happens if I fall?
In the event of a less-than-vertical experience (LVE), notify us IMMEDIATELY so we can make sure YOU are ok first and foremost.
This will end your day and rental. If available, you may be provided a second motorcycle for the next day, but you will be responsible for a second Security Deposit and a second Renter's Insurance Addendum. No refunds will be given for any costs paid for the first motorcycle. If you are not able to ride the second day or choose not to, no refunds of any Rental Fees will be given.
You will be responsible for the cost of repairs up to the limit of your Security Deposit. Within 72 hours of the Event ending, you will be sent an invoice for the repairs and the amount will be billed from your Deposit hold.
Apex Adventures is not liable for any injuries sustained during a crash.
What happens if the bike breaks?
We pride ourselves on offering high quality Rides to make your Trackday experience the best and most memorable possible.
If the bike suffers a mechanical malfunction of any kind and cannot be repaired before your next riding session, we will provide a replacement motorcycle of the same model so you do not miss any track time!
What NOT to do... (please)
This should be obvious, but we'll spell it out anyways
- Treat our Rides like your own!
- No wheelies, burnouts, stoppies or "rev-bombs"
- Unsafe riding practices will result in forfeiture of the remaining rental time and possibly your Security Deposit if any damage is deemed to have been caused by irresponsible riding or care of our motorcycles
- This includes on-track unsafe riding. If your riding day is ended by the Trackday Organization for any reason, your rental is DONE and no refund will be provided
